He also believes that all vaccines have a capacity to suppress the immune system. The long-term side effect of taking a flu shot every year is unknown. On the other hand, the preservatives used in these vaccines have high levels of heavy metals, which can cause adverse reactions and allergies. Though there is some debate as to whether to get a flu shot or not, that is a personal choice that every person should make for themselves.
