Chyawanprash is an ancient Ayurveda formulation which is used to boost immunity and longevity. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine which is based on natural and holistic living. It is derived from two Sanskrit words – Ayu  (life), and Veda (knowledge). Though there is no exact recipe for Chyawanprash ,the number of herbs used in preparation of the paste varies from 25 to 80.
